Our Store Policies

We founded Willow Green Acres with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Willow Green Acres Limited Warranty

  • All nursery stock purchased AT A WARRANTIED PRICE from Willow Green Acres which has been given reasonable care, will be warranted at 100% of price paid for one full year from date of warranty ticket.

  • If loss occurs to this stock, the customer must provide the original warranty ticket (canceled checks will not be accepted) and the dead plant(s) or a pictures thereof. Once provided, the customer will receive a store credit for 100% of the amount paid which can be used toward the purchase of any in-stock, regularly priced plant material. No cash refunds will be given.

  • Nursery stock purchased AT A NON-WARRANTIED, reduced or wholesale price (excluding advertised specials) will not be warrantied.

  • Warrantied nursery stock will have a one time warranty. Any plant material purchased with warrantied credit will not be warranted.

  • Nursery stock purchased from Willow Green Acres (see exceptions below) and installed by Willow Green Acres, which has received reasonable care, will be warrantied at 100% of price paid for one full year from date of warranty ticket. (Labor is not warrantied. Plants that are replaced by our staff will have a labor charge applied.)

  • Nursery stock prices subject to change without notice. We do not replace nursery stock, tree for tree or plant for plant, unless prices are the same.

  • Willow Green Acres does not warranty rate or quality of growth on any plant.

  • No warranty on annuals, perennials, dogwoods, house plants, bulbs, tropicals, sod and seeds.

  • Not responsible for damage caused by lawn and tree care treatment companies, malicious destruction, insect damage, deer, livestock, pets, etc.

  • No warranty on nursery stock used indoors for Christmas trees.

  • A minimum charge of $40 will be assessed for examining nursery stock at your site.

  • Staking of plant material will require an additional charge.


Extreme Weather 

  • Willow Green Acres cannot warranty plants harmed by any act of God, such as (but not limited to) drought, tornado, wind, hail, freezing, flood, etc.

  • 2022 Drought: 

       According to The National Weather Service, during the month of July, 2022 and beyond,                Springfield Missouri (and surrounding area) has reached a state of "extreme drought." 

       These conditions create a real hardship on all living things and are especially tough on newly        planted trees and shrubs. 

  • 2022 Freeze: 

       Our area experienced ​a catastrophic freeze on the night of December 23, 2022 which                    brought a sudden temperature drop to at least eight degrees below zero. This sudden deep          freeze caused a dramatic loss of plan ts that otherwise were healthy and viable. 

       It is our conclusion that plants lost over the summer and winter to these "acts of God" will not        be eligible for warrantied replacement. 

       We feel for our customers but we cannot be held responsible for extreme temperatures and          the resulting loss of plant life.

       These circumstances are unfortunate for all of us, and we're forced to make these types of            judgments- and adhere to our warranty policy. 


  • Accounts must be paid in full before any replacements can be made.

  • Nursery stock that has been purchased or reserved and is available for pickup will be maintained for only 30 days (unless previous arrangements have been made). After that time, that stock (whether paid for or not) will be released for sale.  Money paid will not be refunded.



Interest will be charged at 2% per month (24% per annum) on all accounts not paid 30 days from billing date.

Store Pick-Up

We are proud to offer free store pick-up for all of our items at our store in Rogersville, Missouri.

To pick-up your items, please choose "Store Pick-Up" at checkout. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail before heading to the store for instructions to pickup your items. Please bring a photo ID. Most pick-up orders will be available the same day, depending on the time they are placed. 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 40 mile radius of our store in Rogersville, Missouri. Delivery is $50 per order, and items will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
